Righty ho, onwards and upwards as they say .....

Post posting yesterday ... mum and I made a start on sorting and packing "stuff" (we still have masses packed in cartons in the garage) ... boy was it fun ... Dave and I have been married * 8 and half years and finally we will be able to use/display/put up wedding gifts in a home of our own ... hehehe .... Yesterday mum and I took a trip down to Hobbycraft ... stocked up on craft supplies for the girlies and for mum. Then we went to the new place to measure windows etc for blinds and curtains ... I shall be getting out my trusty sewing machine soon. (I'm afraid I shall be filling this blog with ideas/questions/suggestions/fabric swatches/paint chips - SUCH excitement in my life). Toopie darlin I shall put together an e-mail of every square inch (including banisters and stairs) of the house and send it to you. Remember the bottles and buckets for stash I mentioned yesterday ... well, I've filled them .. every last one including the ones from Mel sooooooooooo Kelly dear, if your offer of more little bottles still stands they would be gratefully accepted. Today I shall be unpacking/sorting/re-packing .... while Dave makes trips to the dump and/or charity shops and back. I keep thinking I should be listing things on ebay to sell but not sure I have the time or energy. Hmmm what pics shall I leave with you today ... how about the much favoured area of play ...
