Morning Dahlinks .....

Well touch wood so far ... everyone seems on the mend and I can go back to work. Emily slept throught the night (with a little help from Mr Medised for her blocked and stuffy nose), Sarah crept into my bed at some ungodly hour, which I wouldn't mind if she was such a wriggler ... boy oh boy does that child manoevoure (sp?) round the bed!!!!! Yesterday afternoon we went to look at 2 schools off our list for the girls... both of which seemed very nice (spent last night reading up on the league tables on the BBC website according to which both schools scored higher than average), the one right on our doorstep (it's lift the girls over the fence close) has no places at the moment but allowed us to put their names down, the other which is a short drive away has places for Hannah and Kate and seemed really rather nice. Although Dave was moaning about the brown and yellow school uniform LOL. We also made the decision to withdraw from buying No5 and buy N06 instead ... let me explain ... when we first saw the development No6 was the house we were interested in but unfortunately it had been reserved. This weekend we discovered the sale had fallen through, so we made an appointment to view it again and yesterday decided it was worth the extra valuation costs. The garden is sllightly larger and much flater than No5 which is a big thing for our family as the garden becomes a second living area in the summer months PLUS it mean we will at some stage be able to put up a conservatory. I'm so terribly excited about this move, particularly now we've found a good school for the girls, that I just want to get going and move NOW ...

Great news about no. 6, Debs - I'm sure you're doing the right thing; if it feels right, go for it! Glad the littlies are feeling better - it's impossible to manage a normal life when you or they are poorly.
