I could no longer take sleeping downwind of my darling hubby (God alone know what Dave had to eat yesterday) - the thought did cross my mind to kick him out of bed But the poor man has to work a shift from 10am to 12 midnight today --- so I got up (at 4am I might add) and have decided to spend some child free time on the computer while I can ...
Speaking of children I have been getting all teary eyed looking through my pile of photo's ... why do kids grow sooooooooooo fast? I can't bear it ... my "babies" are now 8, 3 and 2 (in eight days). How did Hannah and Katie get from being these little monsters ......
... to these two lovelies ? 
And more importantly, how the heck did it happen without me (almost) noticing ??? Is it just me or can anyone else remember the days when a year seemed like an eternity, and now it passes by in a blink of an eye. Seems there is some truth in the saying "The older you get the faster time flies" . Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!
On that sobering thought I think I may venture back upstairs to see if the air has cleared and I can safely climb back into bed.
