Monday, monday ...

Looking at the screen through blurry eyes this morning. Sarah was poorly with high temps last night so Dave recamped to the pull out bed in the study while I had the dubious pleasure of sharing a bed with Sarah who is like a wriggling worm on speed when she sleeps. She has woken up feeling a 100% this morning ... while I on the other hand, have already started the countdown till bedtime tonight. Toopie e-mailed me these fantastic photographs she took of the Lunar eclipse ... oh if I could just soak up one tenth of her photographic talents I would be a very happy bunny. "My pics of the eclipse. Unfortunately we had a storm in the middle so I missed almost an hour of it. I shall try different settings and shutter speeds next time because the red ones have not come out too clearly. (I am amazed that the top of the moon looks like a pumpkin or squash with those whitish stripes radiating from that centre circle!) Melly and I sat in her little courtyard watching it, going back to our computers during the storm! It was really beautiful, especially the red moon. I was too tired to stay till the very end!" Oh how I wish I could have been sitting in Mellys (my sis) lil' courtyard with the African sounds and smells in the background, watching this amazing thing! On that note I shall say Au Revoir for now dahlinks ... things sound a bit manic downstairs and I think I should investigate the goings on ... Hope your Monday is Marvellous MWAH
